Frequency

Intensity

When your body becomes stronger you need to add some extra workload in order to increase the heart rate to the training zone. If you feel extreme fatigue or hard to breath during training zone, stop exercising immediately and find medical assistance.

Duration

The best workout program are structured into warming up session, workout training core session, and cooling down session. Before start the workout core session it will be good to have five to ten minutes warming up, to make sure that your muscle are ready to do workout. And after the workout core session do cooling down also five to ten minutes, to avoid your body from a shock especially your heart.
