To make your body in shape and to decrease fat there is one popular workout method, which is resistance training. Just in few hours, short duration and intense resistance training can burn your calories.


Resistance training can be done many ways, the simply method is using dumbbells set. It is proven to make your body get in shape but most people just use for killing the time and never get the full advantage.


These is the advantages of dumbbells, first it much more safer than barbell so you can get a complete body workout alone without the presence of fitness partner. Second it is simple equipment that only takes a little space to keep in your gym house or office. Third it is extremely versatile design so you can use them for single arm movements, two arm movements and alternating movements. Also can imitate the current natural movements mechanic making dumbbells set is better choice than using machine type exercise equipment.

#1 Use variety of weight, don’t be afraid of heavy dumbbells !!!

From the lightest one till the heaviest your muscle able to lift, do that in the 4 or 5 repetition for each weight and of course do the heaviest dumbbells u can do in the last repetition, even you can’t do full repetition.

#2 Do variety of movement

Dumbbells are very flexible, it can be used to exercise your triceps, biceps, chest, back even your legs. Just do the variation you want like bench press, overhead press, dumbbell rows, shrugs, front squat, and others.

#3 CONSISTENCY

Most of the people fail to get their body in shape because of this last key……
