It will cost you around $300 to $2000 depending which models you choose, if you often jog or run you should consider a model with cushioning. But for cardio workout you also can consider an exercise bike cost around $50 to $700. For your strength exercise you can use dumbbells cost around $20 to $400 and weight bench cost around $150 to $300. If dumbbells set is not suitable for you, you can try bench press that will cost around $150 to $900. Of course still there is a lot of choice to pick. But for a start will be better if you find out which equipment is the most suitable for you before you invest like a gym. For the optimal result you should pick equipment for cardio exercise and the other one for strength exercise.
