It should be a light exercise especially while your body adjusts to the changes during the first few weeks of pregnancy. During pregnancy should avoid heavy exercise because can cause the changing of circulation of the blood flow from crucial areas. Workout during pregnancy is recommended by most specialist unless you have medical condition that not support you to do exercise, it is suggest to do 3 to 4 times a week. It will be better to consult to the physician before doing a pregnancy workout.
